The Lewis and Clark Region provides customers with a wide range of services in addition to the collection of blood products.
- Inventory Management – Red Cross staff help hospitals with inventory management to help maintain appropriate stocking. Our staff is available for free consultation on hospital stock levels to meet patient needs.
- Reference Laboratory Services – We provide advanced immunohematology reference laboratory services for our customers to support patients with positive antibody identifications and rare blood types.

- Rare Donor Program – We participate in the American Rare Donor Program and can access products for patients.
- Emergency Orders – Our staff is available to provide for emergency needs from distribution centers located across our service area.

- Autologous/Directed Donation - Available in selected areas on the orders of a prescribing doctor. In some cases, special handling fees may apply to directed and autologous donations. Check with your Red Cross representative to determine how these fees will be billed. An informational brochure for patients is available that explains autologous and directed donation options.
