When ordering please provide the following information:

• Name of hospital
• Name of person placing order
• Type of product and number required
• Date the product is needed
• Any special requirements
• CMV negative, if applicable
• Irradiated, if applicable
• ABO/Rh
• Dating (e.g. date of transfusion or special dating for a neonate)

We offer multiple delivery options and Hospital Services personnel will work with ordering hospitals to determine the best delivery option for you. These include:

• Weekly delivery routes
• Distribution from emergency storage sites
• Commercial couriers — routine deliveries and special runs (special runs are generally at the hospital's expense)
• Local couriers, cabs, volunteers, postal service, staff
